Online Payroll Service


Marston's now offers a cost effective Online Payroll system, and it's not just for existing Marston's customers.

Using the service, you simply register your employees' payroll details, and the electronic pay slips are then generated on a weekly basis.

Existing Marston's customers can access the service via their OnTrader or My Marston's Online accounts, but the service is open to anyone. From bars, clubs and restaurants to shops, dentists and solicitors! You can find out more by completing the form below, or calling our hot line on 01902 329 500, which is manned with dedicated staff from 9am - 5pm on weekdays.

The system will advise you how much you'll need to set aside to make your PAYE and National Insurance contributions. It's totally secure too, ensuring that no-one else will have access to your payroll data.

Subject to certain approvals, there's even the facility to pay your staff electronically via BACs, giving you full control over your payroll and making the process even quicker and easier.

A full payment history will be archived so your records will be available at the click of the mouse should you need them in the future.

Best of all, the service costs just £1 per pay slip!

Before its general launch the service was trialed extensively within the Marston's pub estate, where it generated some very positive reactions from our licensees.
